Count Your Points

Count 2 points for each Yes and 1 for each Not Sure; No counts 0. Find your band below, then read the tips for the questions you answered No or Not Sure.

A quick self-check based on your own answers, not a measurement. It can't tell you where you appear: Google and the AI companies decide that.

Tips for Each Question

  1. Question 1 · Google Profile

    Add an English Description

Add a short English description: what you do, who you help, the languages you speak. Keep your business name exactly as it is in real life.

  2. Question 2 · Facts

    Write Your Facts as Text

Write your hours, languages and how to book once, as plain text, and keep them the same everywhere. AI tools quote text, not pictures.

  3. Question 3 · Reviews

    Reply to Recent Reviews

Reply to recent reviews in the reviewer's language. Never offer anything for a review, and never ask only happy customers.

Clinics: Check any review request with your 保健所 or a lawyer first.

  4. Question 4 · Website

    Add One English Facts Page

One English page with those facts, in plain text. Clinics: written to Japan's medical-ad rules and approved by your doctor.

  5. Question 5 · AI

Ask AI Again, in a New Chat

Ask it a few times in a new chat; answers change each time. If it does not name you, the free snapshot shows what AI says to two customer questions, and notes any wrong or missing facts we find.

If You Answered Yes to All Five

  1. Keep It Current

    Update Holiday Hours

Before each holiday, update your hours on Google and on your website, so they match everywhere.

  2. Keep It Current

    Add New Photos

Add a few new photos from time to time. Use only photos you own or have permission to use. Clinics: no before-and-after photos and no photos of patients.

  3. Keep It Current

Ask AI Again Every Few Months

AI answers change. Ask the same questions again every few months, in a new chat.
