¥75,000per month
In plain words: Step 1 is ¥50,000, one time. The retainer is ¥75,000 a month, with a 3-month minimum, then month to month (to end it, email us at least 30 days before the end of a month). Both are final amounts: no tax is added. Today's prices are our founding rate for the first 5 businesses to sign the retainer. The rate closes when the 5th retainer is signed or 6 months after our first client pays for Step 1, whichever comes first. Paying for Step 1 does not reserve a place. Full terms are below. Not ready? Founding retainer clients keep ¥75,000 as the total even if we later become liable for consumption tax (課税事業者).

Day 1 is the first business day after your payment has reached us and we have accepted your Manager invitation. We accept it within 1 business day of having both. Business days are Monday to Friday, except Japanese public holidays and 29 December to 3 January. An in-person debrief never makes delivery later.
Paid before work starts.
Paid in full before work starts, by bank transfer within 14 days of the invoice. ¥50,000 is the final amount: no tax is added. The bank transfer fee is on your side.
If the audit finds fewer than 10 concrete fixes, you get a full refund, paid within 14 days of the debrief. This guarantees the work, not results.
Cancel before we accept access to your Google profile and you get a full refund (the full ¥50,000, paid within 14 days).
Sign the retainer within 30 days of your debrief, with a start date within 60 days of your debrief, and the full ¥50,000 is credited against your first retainer invoice.

From month 3: English pages, mentions and AI tracking become the main work. AI answers can take 2-4 months or longer to shift.
The first one or two reports mostly show work done, not big jumps.
Both timings are estimates, not promises. Google and the AI companies decide their own results.
Any listed monthly task we do not deliver is credited on your next invoice, in proportion to that task's share of the month's work.
No one can promise a ranking or an AI mention, so we never do.
Search engines and AI assistants (Google, Apple, Bing, ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and others) decide their results and answers with their own systems, which change without notice.
Never. You add us as a Manager on your Google Business Profile, which takes about two minutes, and you can remove us at any time. You own every account. For website pages, we use an Editor account you create, never an owner or admin login.
Yes. Google Business Profile is free, and so are most listing sites. Our fee is for the work: checking, writing, fixing, measuring and reporting.
