| Contract term | Retainer: 3-month minimum (the first 3 calendar months from the start date), then month to month; to end it, email us at least 30 days before the end of a month (the third month or any later month), and the retainer ends on the last day of that month. Price changes (clients not on the founding rate): we give at least 60 days' notice by email, never during the 3-month minimum; before the new price applies, you may cancel without the 30 days' notice. | Cancellation and refunds | Step 1: if the client cancels before work starts (before we accept Manager access), we refund the Step 1 fee in full within 14 days. Retainer: the client may cancel by email before the start date at no charge (no invoice is issued; any founding place is released). Step 1: full refund within 14 days of the debrief if the audit finds fewer than 10 concrete fixes (a guarantee of work, not of results). Retainer: any monthly task not delivered is credited on the next invoice (monthly fee × that task's hours ÷ total monthly hours). In the last month, the same amount is refunded by bank transfer within 14 days after the last day (only the undelivered tasks, not the whole month). Tasks we could not do because we were waiting on the client (photos, approval or access) are not credited or refunded. No other refunds. We pay the bank transfer fee on every refund we send. |
